Confucianism
Confucianism was founded in Lu, China by K'ung Fu-tse, or "Master K'ung" (Confucius). The symbol, which means harmony is pictured above. Confucianism is a religion, philosophy, ethical system, social tradition, and is scholarly discipline followed by many. It is mainly followed by the Chinese but also taken upon by Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. The holy book for Confucianism is the Lun Yu (Analects of Confucius) and is a list of saying Aphorisms/Epigrams. Confucianism centers around human nature and how it can be viewed optimistically and how they can be sages or worthies. Also how humans can be perfected and taught many things, as well as put them to use. Unlike many religions, in Confucianism there are no special practices, mainly just their principles.
